Adopted June 11, 2019. The Town of Elon strives to serve residents’ growing and changing recreational needs. This Comprehensive Plan will guide that growth during the next 10 years. The community’s recreational needs drive this plan’s recommendations while identifying the operational and financial resources needed to implement that vision.
